In car cameras offer users the opportunity to create their own miniature home-made movie’s to post on YouTube, Blogs and just to show off their skills to their friends. The latest technology for this industry would be in car camera allowing the user to record hours of driving in HD whilst not hampering their driving skill’s, experience or performance. Very popular with film makers and motorsports, in car cameras offer amazing video quality for capturing those stunning driving moments.

Another fantastic feature about in car cameras is the ability to record a normal drive should the worse happen. With insurance companies becoming increasingly expensive it becomes a lot harder to follow through a claim should you have a crash, the majority of in car cameras are very durable and presenting the video at case would give you a fantastic opportunity to win a claim. It is very rare people record general driving but i am sure the majority who do and do have a crash will win their claim if it wasn’t their fault.

The in car camera industry is now ever growing and with the latest technology, in car cameras are becoming increasingly desired and wanted. One of the major selling points of an in car camera is the ability to attach it to almost any surface due to the vast amount of mounts now available. This means you can record views from your dashboard, top of the car and many more angels.

Fast and Furious franchise is definitely one of the greatest franchises ever found on celluloid. This adrenaline pumping series is a must watch for those who love cars and races. If you love brightly painted cars driving way too fast, you will love Fast and Furious franchise for sure.

The First Film

The first Fast and Furious movie came out in 2001. It was directed by Rob Cohen and was produced by Universal Studios. It consisted of the performances of Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, and Van Diesel. The film made Van Diesel and Paul Walker into overnight stars. In the film, Van Diesel plays Dominic Toretto, a gang leader who is suspected of a string of multi-million dollar truck hijackings. Paul Walker plays Brian O’ Connor, an undercover cop who infiltrates the Los Angeles’ street racing circuit with the aim of busting Toretto. However, in the process he falls in love with Toretto’s sister Mia, played by Jordana Brewster.

In the first film, fans are treated to racing cars speeding through the streets of Los Angeles at 100 miles per hour. The first film of this franchise definitely had fans hooked to the franchise. The second film of the franchise followed in 2003. It was titled 2 Fast 2 Furious and was more entertaining than the first one.

The Sequel

In the second sequel there is no Diesel. In the film Walker is paired with a comic partner in the form of Tyrese Gibson. Together they go undercover to fight a drug lord in Miami. The sequel features supercharged cars, daring stunts, non-stop chase, and edge-of-your-seat suspense.

The Third

The third of the Fast and Furious Franchise was released in 2006. It was directed by Justin Lin and stars Lucas Black. Though, The Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift was not as successful as the first two, but the fans loved it.

The Fourth

The fourth film of the franchise was release in 2009. It brings back the original cast of the first film. It stars Paul Walker, Van Diesel, and John Ortiz. In the fourth sequel, Walker and Diesel team up to take down the evil drug lord, John Ortiz. The romance between Jordana Brewster and Paul Walker is rekindled. All the original four casts head back to the Los Angeles to tackle John Ortiz. The film contains jaw-dropping stunts, fast car racing, and everything else that the fans were waiting for.

Franchise Collection Items

The Fast and Furious franchise has become such a hit among car fans that they collect almost anything related to the film. Posters and DVDs are hot collection items among the fans. The DVDs always come with extra content and great offers like free tickets to the movie.

For instance, “Hot Off the Street” collection treats fans to six new extended scenes from the Fast and the Furious which include “Brian and Mia at the Lunch Counter,” “Toretto House BBQ,” “Leon, Jesse and Dom at Toretto’s House,” “Brian and Hector at Racer’s Edge,” “Toretto’s Garage: Post Raid,” and “Ferrari and Supra Race.”

With the DVD collections of Fast and Furious franchise, fans get treated to some behind-the-scene footages of their favorite film. Fans are now eagerly waiting for the fifth installment of this franchise. Meanwhile they can enjoy the franchise on their DVD.

It took two years to build it, ten seconds of montage to put it together on screen, and about ten minutes to steal it. In a rare automotive example of life imitating art imitating life, the Nissan Skyline that Paul Walker drove in Fast & Furious 4 was stolen from its storage facility in Los Angeles.

Although dressed up to look like a full-on R34 GT-R for the movie, the car underneath was actually a lower-spec GT-S. Reports indicate that thieves, evidently knowing the car was inside, broke through a metal door and ripped off that specific car, leaving the rest but sideswiping a Studebaker and a Porsche Boxster on the way out. And to make matters worse, the car, valued at around $75,000, wasn’t even insured. Considering the movie grossed $72.5 million in opening-weekend box office sales alone, we doubt the seventy-five grand will be terribly missed.
